I love this man's music and I love actually seeing him play. There are some pieces by him that are uber challenging in that I am still exploring them, still trying to figure out how to enter into them fully.
I think this is a piece of that kind.
It may seem simple at first...airy...fairy...floaty...
So try something new. Try to find something new in your body, something unexpected.
Perhaps start by kneeling or start in some sort of pose/posture that is not your typical starting point.
Follow the breath.
And keep trying. It's a short piece. Take some time to listen and move with it at least three consecutive times through, and be watchful of your own personal evolution in just 12 minutes.
