Find a strong, wider-than usual stance.
Feel the weight of you in your back body.
Begin with long deep breath.
Imagine the breath is golden light. It starts in the torso and then it flows out, down the legs, through the feet, into the earth; down the arms, out the fingertips, into the air around you; up the neck, out the top of the head, into the heavens.
Imagine that this golden light breath is what creates movement in the body.
Start with that.
Don't move until the light moves you.
