It has given me a strong core. It has given me a shiny heart and mind. It has given me the internal fire to move through difficulty and into this beautiful, challenging, fulfilling life.
If not for Kundalini yoga, I know I would still be struggling with chronic depression and anxiety and pain. I know I would not have had the open eyes necessary to see the path presented to me. I know I would not have had the courage to walk that path -- or dance it, as the case may be.
As we move into a new year, let's move into a new way of being. Let's move into personal responsibility, allowing nothing outside of us to determine who and how we are in this world. Let's move into deeper understandings of the Great Mysteries, giving up the weak, distilled shite that poses as "spiritual" on way too much of this glorious interwebs.
Let's dive deeper and go further than ever before.
